摘要
本文探讨了利类思(Ludovico Buglio)在其翻译圣托马斯·阿奎那《神学大全》第一卷 Q45,A1(即《超性学要》第一大支·第三段,卷之十·第二·一章)时,对 Creatio ex nihilo的适应性阐释。通过分析其对文本结构的改编和术语选择,本文突出了利类思将西方神学概念与中国文化框架联系起来的策略。主要发现表明:他使用儒家术语“化成”来翻译 creatio和creare,强调创造的动态过程,并根据明清文学惯例进行了内容的结构调整。该译本优先考虑中国读者的可读性,在忠实于阿奎那观点与文化适应之间取得平衡。同时,利类思的作品体现了早期耶稣会在跨文化背景下协商神学术语的努力,在处理语言和哲学的文化张力中,尽力寻找、构建两种文化在神学术语上的“意义对等关系”,而这种“对等关系”实则为汉语神学的发展提供了一些翻译与诠释意义上的方法论启示。
