JSRH adopts the “Author-Date” format, for example (Standaert 2001). No punctuation appears between author and date. The Reference list should include the full title as recommended by the Chicago style guide.

The most rules are collected from The Chicago Manual of Style (16^th Edition). Please refer to Chapters 14 and 15 of The Chicago Manual of Style (University of Chicago Press 2010).

The Citation include two parts: in-text citation and references list.

In-Text Citation

Basic form:

In-Text Citation: (Last Name/Family Name Year); (Last Name, pages); (Last Name Year; Last Name Year); (Last Name Year a); (Last Name Year b); (Last Name n. d.) [n.d.=no date]; (First Name Last Name Year); (Anonymous Year).
